2017/01

Ms. Huang and Ms. Takatsuka established the impact investment team and launched Japan Impact Investment I LPS (commonly known as “Childcare Support Fund”), the first Japanese banking group impact fund in Shinsei Bank Group (now SBI Shinsei Bank Group).

2019/02

Ms. Huang and Ms. Takatsuka established Shinsei Impact Investment, Limited.

2019/06

Ms. Huang and Ms. Takatsuka formed a GP with Shinsei Impact Investment, Japan Social Innovation and Investment Foundation (SIIF), invited 11 external institutional investors and launched the Japan Impact Investment II LPS (commonly known as the “HATARUKU Fund”) .
