黄 春梅 (ほぁん ちゅんめい)

Chunmei Huang, CFA, CPA

Representative Director

Biography:

Since 2005, Ms. Huang has consistently engaged in principal investments in Shinsei Bank Group (now SBI Shinsei Bank Group) and built private equity career covering venture investment, buyout investment, fund investment etc..
She has also performed as a member of multiple funds’ investment committee, board director and/or corporate supervisor for portfolio companies including listed companies and funds’ general partner. She setup the impact investment team and launched the “Childcare Support Fund”, the first Japanese banking group impact investment fund in 2017, followed by the second fund “HATARAKU Fund” in 2019.
After leaving SBI Shinsei Bank in January 2024, Ms. Huang started Impact Capital Limited. The company launched Impact Capital I LPS, a new impact investment fund pursuing people’s well-being on May 2024.
Ms. Huang has been awarded “Woman of the Year 2019” by Nikkei Woman.
Ms. Huang is also CPA and CFA Charter holder.

Committee member for Kanagawa Prefecture’s “SDGs Social Impact Assessment Demonstration Project” (June 2019 – March 2021).

Visiting Researcher at Tama University’s Institute for Social Investment (now Center for Sustainability Management) (July 2019 – present).

Expert committee member for the Cabinet Office’s “Survey and Demonstration Project on Social Impact Evaluation and Certification System” (November 2019 – March 2020).

高塚 清佳(たかつか さやか)

Sayaka Takatsuka

Biography:

Since 2004, Ms. Takatsuka has engaged in principal investment in Shinsei Bank (now SBI Shinsei Bank) Group, handling domestic and international distressed asset investments, establishing a JV servicer company in Germany, securitization, non-recourse real estate loans, venture investments, and PE/real estate fund investments.
She setup the impact investment team and launched the “Childcare Support Fund”, the first Japanese banking group impact investment fund in 2017, followed by the second fund “HATARAKU Fund” in 2019.
After leaving SBI Shinsei Bank in January 2024, Ms. Takatsuka started Impact Capital Limited. The company launched Impact Capital I LPS, a new impact investment fund pursuing people’s well-being on May 2024.
